According to the Orangutan National Action Plan 2007-2017, it is stated that all rehabilitated orangutan should be released by the year 2015. The next steps are orangutan protection and their security should be focusing on the prevention of dismissal orangutan from their natural habitat. Based on the target above, BOS Foundation will hold a Workshop on Action and Strategic Planning for Orangutan Reintroduction Program at Samboja Lestari. The aim of this workshop is to coordinate all the ideas and action support on orangutan conservation at PROKT-SL, from all multi-stakeholders.
