JOB DESCRIPTION

The Borneo Orangutan Survival Foundation (BOSF) is a non-profit organization dedicated to the conservation of Bornean orangutans and their habitats, with active involvement from local communities.

Currently, BOSF is rehabilitating approximately 300 orangutans at its rehabilitation centers in Nyaru Menteng (Central Kalimantan) and Samboja Lestari (East Kalimantan), with the goal of releasing them back into the wild.

BOSF is seeking a Veterinary Doctor with the following qualifications:

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Indonesian citizen
2. Physically healthy
3. Holds a Veterinary Medicine degree (Doctor of Veterinary Medicine)
4. Adventurous spirit, strong interest in conservation, and high compassion for wildlife
5. Proactive, highly motivated to grow and develop, and enjoys challenges
6. Willing to be stationed in East Kalimantan
7. Available to start work immediately
