We are committed to making your donation go the distance in supporting our work reintroducing orphaned orangutans to the wild and protecting Indonesia’s tropical forests, and to that end, after taxes and fees, 100% of your donation supports the costs for our teams and activities based from our working areas including, but not limited to the Nyaru Menteng Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, the Mawas Conservation Program, the Samboja Lestari Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre, and the BOSF Headquarters in Bogor, Indonesia. Click here to make an online donation. Simply choose your a donation pack or set the amount you wish to donate. You can also purchase items from our orangutan shop. It’s that easy!
As an international supporter you can donate online using a Visa or MasterCard credit card or your PayPal account. As an Indonesian supporter you can donate online by using your Indonesian credit or debit card, or alternative payment methods such as ATM or internet banking transfers, BNI Viirtual Account, GoPay, and others. You can choose between two currencies – U.S. dollars (USD) or Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
If you didn't receive an email outlining the details of your online donation, please email our Fundraising Team at fundraising@orangutan.or.id – we are here to assist you. But first, check your spam/junk folder in case the email has gone there instead of your inbox.
If you donate monthly, you can update your monthly donation amount and your credit card information online. Click here to log-in with your username and password. If you are unsure, just email our Fundraising Team at fundraising@orangutan.or.id – we will be happy to assist you!
We greatly appreciate all donations - but unfortunately, donations cannot be claimed on your tax return, whether you are from Indonesia or elsewhere.
